| Flood Relief Resources - How to Help Samaritan’s Purse US Disaster Relief is currently serving in the area affected by the recent flooding in our community. They currently plan to serve in this area through Saturday, December 11. Pastor JJ spoke with the organization and they are inviting volunteers from our church to serve for a day alongside their team. Volunteers may complete an application at www.spvolunteer.org. After completing an application, volunteers would need to arrive at Sonlight Community Church (8800 Bender Road, Lynden, WA 98264) at 7:30 a.m. or 12:30 p.m. for orientation on the chosen date. Volunteers will need to bring a bagged lunch, water, and hand sanitizer. If you have questions about serving as a day volunteer please contact the site at 360-305-2175. | ||||||||||||||||||
